Safety

Clear limits are part of safe care.

Havelin is not an emergency service. This public website is not monitored for urgent or crisis messages and does not provide clinical assessment.

Safety begins with honest limits, privacy and local pathways.
If you or someone else may be in immediate danger: contact the emergency services available where you are, go to the nearest emergency department, or seek help from a trusted person nearby. Do not rely on this website.

Our planned safety approach

  • Location-aware crisis and referral information, reviewed before each supported launch area opens.
  • Defined responsibility boundaries between Havelin, professionals, institutions and referral partners.
  • Clinician-approved safety screening and warm-referral processes where operationally available.
  • No claim of active monitoring unless a real, appropriately staffed service exists.

Before clinical launch

Crisis contacts, escalation partners, response coverage and copy all require clinical and legal review. Placeholder information will never be presented as a live service.
