Privacy

Private before personal.

Havelin is being designed to collect less, explain more and separate care information from organisation programme administration.

Privacy is a product boundary, not a promise added later.
Draft for review. This is a product-design summary, not the final statutory privacy notice. Nigerian privacy counsel and the data-protection lead must approve the launch version.

Separation by design

Eligibility data

Used to confirm whether someone can access a funded programme. It should not reveal care activity to an organisation.

Care-coordination data

Restricted to authorised workflows and people who need it to coordinate support. Full psychotherapy notes are outside the MVP unless governance explicitly requires them.

Aggregate reporting

Organisations receive only privacy-safe programme summaries with configurable minimum-cell suppression. Individual intake, provider, appointments, messages, notes, outcomes and care history remain unavailable to employers.

Your controls

Planned controls include versioned consent, access and correction requests, retention limits, audit records and clear explanations before sensitive collection.
